The 166 foot-high Post Water Tower is currently leased to two microwave signal device companies with approval by the local Historic Preservation Review Commission.
The Carriage Houses provide studios or workshops for civic groups and individuals.
The Parade Ground hosts a variety of community events.
The original stone Powder Magazine built in 1878 is temporarily leased to the Rocky Mountain Museum of Military History.
