"Peter Little Plume. A full blood Blackfeet Indian of the Blackfeet Indian Reserve of Browning, Montana. Died recently in the U. S. Penitentary at Leavenworth Kansas. Peter Little Plume was a livestock "Rustler", murderer and all-round bad actor."
