Three remodeling phases will transform historic T-2's gymnasium into "Heritage Hall," a multi-purpose community/event center with a capacity of about 200 persons. Restoration architect Jim McDonald oversees the project's historic preservation.
The first phase renovations, scheduled for completion late fall 2004, will meet building codes so that the hall can accommodate about 200 persons. [See Missoulian June 2004 article.]
The major renovations include:
New code-conforming exit doors will open from the Hall onto the six acres of tree-encircled lawns known as the Parade Grounds.
