CARRIAGE HOUSES: CH

Located in Officers' Row Buildings. General Description:

Most CH studio spaces measure approximately 20' x 20' with 8' ceilings; concrete floors; R-36 insulation in walls & ceilings; 2 sets of thermal windows on opposing walls; electric baseboard heat; heavy-duty electrical wiring for kiln and small machine needs; secure, private entrance doors; incandescent ceiling lights. Utility costs are low; usually pro-rated and shared with Landlord.

CH Studios do not presently have plumbing fixtures; convenient access to lavatory and wash basin facilities [located in immediately adjacent buildings] is automatically provided to renters.

B-27 STUDIO "B": 450 SF daylight basement studio w/private toilet & industrial sink; no utility costs to tenant: $200/mo. [See offices]
