Three main facilities provide long term use or potential at NRHC—T-2, Officers' Row, and adjunct space. Contact the NRHC for current openings. The Center is open to exploration of other uses and areas not listed.

Rental and utility prices are similar to other long term rentals — very affordable, and vary according to the number of tenants in any given building and the square footage of each tenant's rented space.
